What better time to explore leadership than when every BWS Area Manager is in the same room before their Summer Summit? The AM Summer Sesh launched a new phase of Area Managers’ development as leaders of leaders, by focusing on a skill that can change everything in fast-paced retail.

How do you lead your team through change, without pretending it’s easy? That was the focus of a practical leadership initiative I designed and delivered to equip nearly 400 leaders, including the Executive Team, with tools to navigate uncertainty with clarity, empathy, and confidence.

This Communicating with Impact virtual workshop series combined application anchors, peer-to-peer learning, and reinforcement to empower team leaders to influence without authority and level up their stakeholder engagement.

RG Restaurants, a fast-growing KFC franchise, strengthened its capacity to develop leaders through a multi-year Above Store Leadership program, in which participating leaders were empowered to teach and coach Restaurant Managers on the job in the same leadership ideas and practices.
