Need more?
You have important decisions to make and need a sounding board to gather your thoughts and gain clarity.
Not every leadership development decision requires a major consulting engagement. Sometimes you simply need someone to help you think it through.
An experienced partner who can bring an outside perspective, ask good questions, challenge assumptions and help you make confident decisions about where to invest next.
Whether you're reviewing your leadership development strategy, designing a new program, responding to organisational change or deciding between competing priorities, my role is the same:
To help you make better leadership development decisions and act on them with confidence.
Leadership Development Sounding Board
More than a one-off conversation: a focused advisory engagement for important leadership development decisions.
The Leadership Development Sounding Board is designed for senior Human Resources, Organisational Development and Learning & Development leaders who value having an experienced thinking partner alongside them.
It's an opportunity to step back from the day-to-day, explore your thinking, test ideas and gain an independent perspective before making important leadership development decisions.
Some clients arrive with a specific challenge, others simply want confidence that they're asking the right questions before investing significant time, effort and budget.
Typical conversations include:
Working through the early thinking behind a leadership strategy or framework
Exploring whether a leadership program is the right solution or whether another approach may create greater impact
Reviewing an existing leadership program before investing further
Thinking through difficult design decisions based on your organisation’s unique needs, priorities and constraints
Establishing a cross-functional senior leadership team
Building alignment across sponsors and stakeholders
Wrestling with a leadership development system or governance issue.
No two conversations are the same - that's the point.
How it works
The Leadership Development Sounding Board is typically delivered as three one-to-one advisory sessions.
Between sessions, you'll have time to reflect, test ideas within your organisation and return with new questions and observations.
Rather than trying to solve everything in a single conversation, the process creates space for thinking to evolve as our understanding develops.
By the end, you'll have greater clarity about what matters most, what to prioritise next and which path is most likely to create the greatest impact.
If you're facing an important leadership development decision and would value an experienced thinking partner, I'd love to hear what you're working through.
